Thanks all!

@ Dr Mathias - the Worldburner helmet is one of those slightly anachronistic elements - is the seated guy Worldburner? Or is it the guy in the background signalling the ship? The guy signalling is actually dressed in the rest of Worldburner's outfit...!

@ Mr Tough Guy - those gloves were a relatively late addition, and pretty simple to make - they're just cut from a thin sheet of greenstuff. But they've been commented on more than any other element I think!

This is magic, I absolutely love it.

The Worldburner helmet screams star wars to me, you do see those occasional references in the early Rogue Trader era.

Wonderful! Those were the days, eh?

I met Tony Hough back in the 80s. We were both involved with an anarchist group called Class War and I bumped into him at their conference in Birmingham. Hey, what can I say? I was a teenage student dedicated to the downfall of Thatcher at the time!  Didn't get too far on the Thatcher front at that particular conference, but I did spend a long time in the pub talking to Tony about Rogue Trader and his art. So not an entirely wasted weekend.  :)

Edit: I had entirely forgotten that he put a 'Crass' tattoo on that character's arm. That same symbol was on the sleeve of my tatty Bundeswehr coat the time I met him.

From the mean-looking anarchic space mercenary to something a little more cuddly and cute looking. Until it bites your arm off that is!

The latest in an ever growing collection of odd alien adventurers is a 3D print I picked up from an ebay seller, that turns out to be a 'People Eater' from the Urzan Liberty Corps Kickstarter by Ill Gotten Games. I originally expected it to be an adorable 20mm tall, but its substantially bigger at nearly 60mm. And its very cool too! I did modify it slightly to remove a little pair of fairy wings that I didn't like.

It looks cool alongside an alien crew:

Ooheee! Lovely job - I really like that little urban range - I want to paint up two sets for some silly wargaming fun. You’ve done a grand job.

Thanks everyone! Really glad you like the big cuddly guy!
@Jagganath will you paint up the teddy bears? They're fun. I'm wondering if it might be a way to have some war gaming fun with my kids.

@Mason - I loosely copied the colour scheme from a monkey species called a red-shanked douc. Brightly coloured faces seems to be a recurring feature with a lot of monkey species.
