Thanks all! Pretty pleased with how the colours came out. It's the first time I've used that particular red and I really like how it highlights up by adding a flesh colour.

I've missed the last few updates, but as ever those are some lovely figures.

Thanks all for the most recent comments. I've been busily working on another addition to the same group - this time it's a senior priest with his own mobile pulpit!

The figure is based on one of the 40k Battlezone Objectives with a chair from Kill Team: Rogue Trader, whilst the priest is based on the old Tau special character Aun Va. I added plenty of religious icons and am pretty pleased with the results!

For more pics (including WIPs), check out the blogpost.

Great job. Love the touches, like the law(?) books under his seat.

That is awesome! And yes, he distils the essence of 40k.

Thanks all! Whilst most of my stuff is more in the Space-Western vibe of Rogue Trader, there's absolutely a lot of fun to be had with the Sci-fi Gothic stylings of more modern 40k.

@has.been - books of lore I reckon ;)

I am sure one of them MUST be the 'Haynes Manual of Holy Motorised Pulpits'.....
