Not sure on Safari, on my phone on firefox there's a big "Add to Bag" button underneath the main pic of the item listing....

Checked again today on my iPad and no ' add to bag ' visible.
When I enter quantity in the box it says....
"Invalid quantity entered
Reenter it please"

It seems the button is there, but invisible :/ - in the space between "quantity" and "view detailed images", a mouseover *should* reveal the option to click/add. I'll message the web chap and see where this issue came from .... sorry!
