Imagine trying to keep the dust off!  o_o

I joined my gun with pirate swords, and sailed the seas of cyberspace.

Wow but imagine trying to pack that away at the end of the game!

Thanks for finding this.

Very cool layout. You would need to be suspended from the ceiling in spots to game.   lol

I would lose figures 'cause I'd forget where I put them in all that terrain!   :D

Very nice indeed... not sure it's the world's biggest though. I thought Minatur Wunderland in Hamburg had the record: http://www.miniatur-wunderland.com/

I keep my model railroading and gaming hobbies separate. Just would not feel right for me to play a wargame on a train layout since I always consider layouts a place of peace and beauty. (I'm not even into model or real train wrecks, having experienced two real ones first hand back in the day when I was on the railroad. Scared the bleep out of me!) Not sure if that makes much sense?

Really great modeling though. If he can afford such a huge layout (especially in the UK) he can afford central AC with excellent filtration to keep out dust.  ;)

The guy is located in NJ and he has built his own rather nice looking building to store the thing in, so I'm pretty sure he's got dust taken care of.

Up til now I thought the only reason to visit NJ was Cape May, (and that's barely part of NJ) I guess I have another reason now.

6mmPhil,
I was wondering the same thing. I heard about Miniatur Wunderland last year and I thought that was the worlds biggest. Did a bit of searching and it turns out Northlandz building has the biggest footprint, but Miniatur Wunderland has the best and most of everything else including trains, automation and miles of track.  Also, Miniatur is on an expansion plan and is going to be alot bigger in 2020

Stunning.

Wish I had a house big enough and a wife patient enough.. But that might be pushing the hobby a bit far.

Gaming on it might be fun - especially if the players were suspended by cables/wires and swung around above the field - not sure which would be more fun the game or being swung around above it.

might add to the entertainment for other people coming to see the model landscape!

Still - amazing stuff to see.
