Well I think they will sell well, as you say they can be used as film style frontage with a basic box attached to the sides.

at £8 or a little more it brings this type of thing more affordable for gamers, well I think so any way.

I would like to get some for pulp or victorian style games as those house and bank fromtages would be ideal for that.  :D

And as good backdrops for photo's too ace

It is a pity I am not going to salute this year, or maybe thats a good thing  ::)

Thanks for the feedback on the frontages.  If you have any other comments feel free to post them here or in the frontages own thread here: http://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=10047.0

Meanwhile, back at the workbench, work has continued for the layout.

Here is an office block:

Front.

Rear.

Lift off first storey & roof.

Once again I've gone for a fairly generic look, designed to be an anonymous grey concrete office block seen the world over. (I can just see John Rambo on the roof, blasting everything in sight with his M60!)
I decided to build a bit of an interior, mainly on the ground floor, with a simplistic upper storey.
I intend to make a seperate access door onto the roof which I can add as required.

This was built from PVC foam, very similar to the factory/industrial building.
I will probably glaze all the window openings once I've painted it.

a girl at work brought in a Heat magazine supplement which had some real shop puns in it... so if you need them:

Austin Flowers
SellFridges
Tanz-in-ere
British Hairways
Junk and Disorderly

I'll try and nab it back later and get them all listed...

SellFridges may be the funniest thing I've ever seen - especially as it was just a yard stacked with white goods...

Concrete?

I believe he paints the entire building creme (or white), and drybrushes it with various tones of red brick.

He'll have to verify that though!  :D
