If they had directly fought the Brits a bit more there would be. Unfortunately, most of the powers that be in wargaming are British or at least English-speaking. Austria-Hungary is something of a forgotten participant in the Great War, because it didn't kill tens of thousands of Tommies.

I think thats true to some extent but things might be changing, on the WAB Forum recently they did a poll on what was the next army lists people most wanted to see produced, top of the polls were Austro-Hungarians and Russians so it seems that in certain areas there is growing interest in non-western front theatres.

Off Topic - I dont know about today but when i was at secondary school (18 or so years ago) The first World War was a 'O' Grade Topic so you had to learn at least some of the details.

'Just' 1290 were killed and 4700 wounded of those fighting in Italy but a forgotten campaign nether-the-less. Weil's Disease seems to caused a lot of sickness according to this clinical study:
