Although I am a fan of Gripping Beast, they are a bit guilty of running moulds into the ground. Some figures I've had from them are quite badly cast in terms of work required to sort. Not bad enough to return, but annoying.

Some of my old Arthurians from the Beast were pretty bad, but all my Musketeer have been crisp. Hopefully Footsore will sort out the casting process.

. Bad casting, a the hands must be drilled, some structures of the miniatures were terrible flat. So my respect to redzed for this great work.

I really like the fact that you have to drill the hands for weapons.  It makes it a whole lot easier to get the things fitted properly.

Have to say I've never had a miscast Musketeer model (and i have quite a few) or any with significant mold lines either from the Beastie boys, or from the pre-Beast days.

Lovely  :D

Although I think Bill should've checked the wind direction for some of the figures  ;D

cheers

James

Actually you'll find when you line up the Arthurian against the Saxons the wind all blows in the same direction. Yes I'm that sad  ;D
Cheers

Anyone got any idea when we'll be able to buy Musketeer Miniatures in the UK again?

I've got to buy myself a Christmas present and my men of the North need reinforcements.
