Bloody hell! It doesn't take you long to get stuck in. I'm of the same opinion on the building frontages /halves. Love those cars!

That building entrance is great  8) 8)

It certainly is!
 :-*

It has that MC-1 vibe oozing from it.
The use of plasticard gives it that comic book look.
Brilliant!

Really nice lookin entrance ! It also confirm my idea of doing my city board in  smaller scale, because a nice entrance like you did already takes a lot of room on the gameboard  :o

All my big buildings will be only halves, with the back being cut off to see inside. I've also decided NO STAIRS! My thinking being they're a bugger to fight around and they take waaaay too much time and effort to do. I'll just pretend for my games that there's lifts just of the board that transports the models to whatever level.
Interesting choice. And considering what your making in the time your not spending on stairs I say hell yes.

Great baseboard. I may well steal the same idea for what I'm working on  :-*

I can see this project is going to be up to your usual standard.

I'm doing a bit of a spring clean just now (in November!  :o) and thats just all the weird  wee off cuts from over the years of model building that I'm managing to get rid of. Recycling and all that! ;)

Are you planning on having a Hall of Justice building?

Not right away Niall, but I think maybe sometime in the future....

Talking of recycling, my brother donated an old busted Dyson to the project. Once broken down, it gives some nice bits. This is just some sort of air vent (maybe down ro the levels underneath? ). I've just based this upside down, capped the top and added wee bits of scrap plastic card to break up the plain surfaces a bit.

I've also found my perfect Judge Dredd figure! ;)

Only kidding. I seen this on Coolminiornot last night. Its a Impact mini.

I've had a quiet day at work today. Thankfully I take a wee painting kit with me to work for such situations. Its always funny trying to explain to 'normal' people what I'm doing. Usually its 'So you paint toys!'

Anyway the other car is done....
