How long does it normally take the Perrys to get the minis from greens into production.

It varies. Some figures are released very shortly after they are previewed and others languish in limbo for three or four months. On average, castings tend to become available for purchase about four to eight weeks after the greens appear in the Perry website's "workbench" section.
