Miss Fisher's Murder Mysteries

Anyone seen this? Modern woman private detective of the 1920's in Australia. The main character and her helpers ae like a Pulp Alley gang.

Yep,...livin in Oz since a kid, but being born in Blighty,..I'll sum it up by sayin,....Strewth mate, that show was bang on.

I binged on this series a few months ago when I found it on Netflix.  I really liked the different characters. Definitely a great idea for a Pulp Alley style league.  ;)

Kerry Greenwood has written about thirty Phryne Fisher Mysteries.

They are all easily available and are much better at providing detail on Melbourne in the period.

Very simple to read "bus-books".

Great series, they are filming an additional season for next year I believe.
