Weird trees made from pine cones

[Snafu]

I tried a nice easy method to make some bushes or little trees. I stumbled across this nice post for this method: http://boringmordheimforum.forumieren.com/t6941-jungle-tree..



First, collect some pine cones.



Clip down the cones. I used parts of some kind of easter decoration for the twigs and branches.





Some dropws of glue, done. No painting required.

I do have an aversion to aquatic plants but the pine cone idea is great

It's a nice Idea, James if you spray the plastic plant parts with matt varnish the add a little contrasting colour as a shade.You'll get rid of that fish tank feeling that itches at the back of your head .
It's good idea that I'm going to pinch But I think I'll be killing Those dodgy palm tree's I Picked up at Partizan (curse you mobile bar and sunshine!)it should make some interesting fern's instead.

Don't forget the mould lines. They'd need scraping off as well
