TableTopScale.com is the home of Force20 Fine Scale Miniatures but they're also sold thru Elhiem Figures, The Hobby Den, and SGMM. The Force20 historical figures are true 20mm/1:76 while the Ultramodern-Dark Futures range is heroic 20mm/1:72.
