Good job on those beastmen, they certainly have more charm than the more standardised modern equivalents. Really enjoyed your blog too!

Thanks for all the nice comments!

I might as well make this thread the place where I post my small project. Most of what I paint is old lead anyway. Sp here we go. Here's what I finished last night. The splendid and strange giant owl by Citadel. I love this piece, although I'm not quite sure why.

I like your choice of colours and using that Saurus shield on the Slaaneshi is inspired, bjut that Giant Owl blew my mind.

The Old Owl is a reminder of just how UBERCOOL G.W. minis were. Of course, your OUTSTANDING brushwork adds to that impression. VERY WELL DONE!
