Eek!  Didn't think you'd get the cursed flamethrower painted that quickly.   :o
I am just basing my French platoon to face these and will post as soon as I have pics!

Scrivs, you've done it again and deflected me from what I'm meant to be working on!  We're playing 1918 Chain of Command at Lard Island tomorrow.  I'm just knocking out some terrain pieces for that.

Cheers Rich, I think we should be getting our first game in on 5th March if all goes well.

Fantastic.  This project goes from strength to strength.

Thank you

Looking forwards to seeing yours done. I've only got six more Jaeger to paint so it will be all heavy weapons after that :)

Thanks chaps.

I had a good painting session and completed the last of my Great War Miniatures Germans that I am painting.

This means that I can now deploy a full platoon with supports for Chain of Command WWI

Leutenant

First Rifle Gruppe

First Light Machine-gun Gruppe

Second Rifle Gruppe

Second Machine-gun Gruppe

Supports

Casualties

Spare figures including extra leaders, trench-raiders, etc.

Although this is quite a late-war organisation, I plan to use the rump of this for our ongoing Verdun 1916 project.

Loads more images etc. on the Scrivsland blog

If you need a French one to fry the Germans, use the Italian Scarab model and lengthen the nozzle - that's what one of our other customers did and it looks terrific! (I have a picture somewhere in the depths of one of the many Great War games we have done)
Kind regards
