Clearly a lot of work gone into it and the result is stunning.

I agree, it would compensate for the time spent at removing their hair form our builds.

This is the last update, as I should be hallway through the paintjob soon.

Thanks McMordain!

I was worried I would run out of time. I'll be away from home over the next three days and the end of the week is not looking good hobby-time wise. Thus,  I decided to speed things up. I went for a speed paint. I cut so many corners that I was worried I would end up with a sphere but at least I managed to finish the scenery.

I've started painting the minis. There will be just two, a raven and the naked girl. The raven is done and the girl just got a layer of block painting and a quick wash so far. There are some sculpting imperfections I didn't spot earlier but she looks as if she would paint up nicely. I'm showing them as they will be hardly visible in the final picture given the size of the build.

Thanks guys for the comments.

I managed to finish the build, took pictures and I'm submitting it now. My camera died and I had to use a cheap compact one. Life's also quite hectic at the moment and I had only very little time to choose the best pic and optimise the colour balance. Anyway, I feel the result is still OK and I'm really pleased I managed to finish the project, something I'm really bad at.

I'll show the painted minis and details of the build once the competition is over.

Well done. And you're not the only one that finds it hard to finish something (the (other) butterfly effect). I would struggle with LPL, but Build Something is a task I can do in the time and enjoy doing what I'm doing.

I look forward to seeing the full set of photos (I plan on doing the same).
