This was one of the 2007 FU-UK sculpting comp minis. Unfortunately, I don't know of anywhere to get this particular mini now. Which is a real shame, becasue its my favorite sculpt from the whole set.

Yeah, the sculptor is Richard Ansell and as far as I know, he hasn't done anything with his 4 entries. I suppose that also means that if you know someone willing to buy the rights, they might be up for grabs.
