I have a few more vignettes on the way for Zulu war... and then loads of the diametrical opposite: Cheap plastic Zulus, painted at speed and without looking twice!
My plan was always to get 200 zulus in total. 120 plastics and 80 metal (foundry and black tree - redoubt seems to be TOO out of scale). The metal will get a proper treatment whereas the plastic will just be there for the big games.
If you're concerned as to authenticity, white covers on forage caps are legit if not exactly ten-a-penny for the Zulu War. If your objection is more fashion or style-based I can offer no opinion on the matter.
