Very cool! Thanks for the link. It's awesome to see how these movies did such incredible scenes using the materials and techniques we all use as modelers...just on a bigger scale of production and with a lot more talent (speaking for myself of course!).

A guy made a replica of the Advertising blimp, I drooled over this a couple years ago:

I'm not sure where it is now, but at one point he'd posted WIPs and some neat shots of vacuum formed components.
