Okay, todays work...some knights for the french backrow.
I know, these are engl. knights (no joupons or coats) but I neeed more knights....;)



Tomorrow I ll try to get the french knight bases together.

Sorry for the necromancy but I had a ver cool game a few month ago...

We plaed a 4 player game of Lion Rampant in the HYW. All miniatures and scener is from Frank Bauers great HYW-collection.




The scenario was great and the other players too.
A ver pleasant afternoon...




The board was full of details. Great buildings and outstanding painting on the minis.












What reall impressed me was the coherent scenery. I have lots of builddings for the time, but nothing fits together...
Different manufacturers, self made...ou name it.


So I sat down and thought how I could make a village mself. I had a few of the new Renedra out houses laying around. I reall like them, but the look wa to similar.

So I tried to modiefy them a little bit.... ;)



And I grabbed an old Warhammer tower and glued some styrofom on it.







And here are the Renedra houses with a little paint splashed on.




After the buildings were finished I took an Frenchy HYW-Perry-Box from the shelf and painted a small Lion Rampant force together....





Should be a little expanded, but pointwise its a good start.








....and the inevitable hand painted Pavaises by Don .... 8)





Okay...I should paint paint some English, but I got sidetracked b a few other things... lol o_o :o
