Well, I fell for it big time. I think it complements the Conan miniatures collection that will hopefully arrive around the same time  lol

I like that so far, most of the cool characters aren't exclusives. :)

And they did it again. The %@#$#@! brought out Thrud the Barbariab characters as a buy add-on!

The End Is Nigh....  ;D

Some pretty cool add ons and stretch goals, but I can't belive they can avoid all those lawsuits...

They haven't been sued for any of the figures from the last three seasons.  They did recieve two C&D letters for figures in the season one campaign.  They changed them to look less like the source material (Uma Therman and Samuel L Jackson).  Everything else has come through despite looking very much like the inspiration material.

I don't know enough about the law to know how it works for them, but it does.  If I had to bet, I would expect these figures to come through as well.

Now if they started making some like say, blue armored marines from space, maybe they'd have problems.

I'm in as well, even just sold 2nd season 3 set to a friend (foregoing profit  lol), so I could jump onto this one. I have to say, seeing Thrudd as an add-on made my day.
Why aim for gold if you can get lead?

I will get the basic box, not sure about the Wulfsburg expansion yet. Need to see better pictures of the models first. The 20 US$ for the Thrudd add-on looks pretty cheap, even without considering it's IP ( probably won't come for free ), and although it's quite fun I don't need it ( bad excuse, I know  lol ).
Good to see the stretch goals so far, some really interesting characters.

Okay, so let's see if we can identify all of the kickstarter-exclusive sculpts!

First up:

This is obviously Sean Connery from The Name of the Rose

Second:

Either Boromir or Eddard Stark? Or am i wrong? Is it someone else?

This one isn't technically a character, but it's worth mentioning!

Zombie Snow White for the win!

The next one up:

Braham Stoker's Dracula in armor. I like this one a lot actually!

More to come!

Thanks
n

Okay, here we go, definitely the Goblin King:

Definitely David Bowie, the Goblin King, from the movie Labyrinth. This one is awesome!

Next up is an easy one:

Xena, warrior princess for the win! The miniature looks fabulous!

On we go, another easy one:

King Arthur, from Monty Pythons Holy Grail

More coming!

Thanks
n.

Okay, on we go!

Next up:

Ash and Evil Ash from Army of the Dead

Moving on:

Mel Gibson from Braveheart:

Next up Sir Montalban

Likely, this is Sir Robin, another one from Monty Python's Holy Grail:

Thanks

Morgan up next, this name is a dead giveaway almost!

This is Merlin (Nicol Williamson) from the movie Excalibur:

Lucas is up next:

This is Liam Neeson from Kingdom of Heaven:

Thanks

I didn't realize this, but apparently Gowan is also based on a movie character.

This time it's Christopher Lambert, from the original Highlander movie!

Also, Lady Grimm

Is supposed to represent Brienne of Tarth, from the Game of Thrones

Genevieve

Represents Lady Galadriel, I guess she's supposed to be all armoured up? Certainly the face is a match, but that's it really.

Thanks
