Conquest Commanche and Boot Hill minis?
« on: 31 May 2015, 12:10:45 AM »
All,
Can anyone comment on whether the Conquest Commanche will match up well with the Boot Hill miniatures?  I'd like an option for an opponent other than Mexicans.

Rui,
Thanks, I think I just heard a shriek of terror from my credit card.  :)

Rui, you beat me too it. lol

The Boot hill Texians are chunkier, but this can be attributed to the clothes as the Comanche are mostly stripped down to loin clothes anyway.

The Comanche are also slightly shorter, so I based them in slightly thicker bases to even  them up. They work fine in my eyes.  You can see from the photos.

It's about time we returned to the Comanche Moon scenario for another game. :)

Sorry Nick (Malamute).
Way too beautifull scenarios to let them pass. ;)
More of those are very welcome.
It might be my next project as soon as i paint a few more roman gangers.
