First model - a bit of scenery, actually.
The silliness has taken root quickly. This small base (3" x4") carries the dried out and frozen remains of a Megafava Jacea.

The ladder, which is pretty optimistic (as can be seen from the next pic), is actually a metal model which helps keep the base from toppling over!

As you can see it's a very tall model, around 1m...

My Frostgrave suburb seems to beheading in a very weird direction...  :D

Made me smile!

I'd be prepared to help grubstake an expedition. Maybe if we all pitch in enough tiny ladders...? :)

Need fourteen I'd say.... but the 1m tall model represents just part of the beanstalk...!

An old, old skellie.
Yes, he intentionally has a bright blade and not a rusted one.  :D

Perhaps if you climb to the top of the ladder and then pull it up behind you?

Oh dear, the question I dreaded.
Some years back a friend had sent this skelly and some colleagues to me as a gift (VERY much appreciated  :D). Some time later I posted a pic of a painted monster from the set, and someone (here at LAF, I think) had identified them as being from a dungeon adventure type of game - but I cannot find the thread  :-[
I like him because of his scimitar and his old school look. Oh, and his personality.

That skeleton is from a board game. I had the German version "Burg des Schreckens", I think the game was called "Dark World" abroad.

Really like the icy ladder, looks great. A building covered in it would look incredible :P
