Nice to see this taking off, hopefully you reach that funding goal and get to the unlock for the keep!  I will be pledging, just have to figure out how much I can spare.  8)

I'm in at gold but am hoping to be able to stretch that out to the merchant level. Doubtful but I'm still hoping.

it will come with 3 floors and 6 walls: 3 normal and 3 with gates so you can make a Gate-keep or a normal one, and use the 1 floor and 2 spare walls to stratch build what you like.

However if you own 2 keeps set, you can actually will be able to make 3 keeps with the spare parts.

Hey that's pretty cool - buy 2 and get 1 free, through spare parts. Nice!

Just noting that in HIPS you could sharpen the edges to make them appear less chunky. The heavy radius makes the renders look more like PP or PE like you find in cheap toys.

Congrats. Doing really well. I reckon once that keep gets unlocked you should get a lot more interest as well. I think it highly likely it will unlock too.

Sharpen those edges!  :`

Only *three* more backers to the next 21K stretch goal!

WIP of the stone wall. I'll actually find these more versatile than the wooden walls:

It appears to me that the stone walls look too suburban, rather than dux bellorum. I'd have thought they'd be more rugged, irregular.

Really does need to be aged a bit, everything is too linear and straight, does not look like a period construction. Still reminds me of the fortifications in the bags of 99c green army men.
The crossbeams on the keep there look as if they were cut with a precision laser saw.
l get that these are designed as boardgame counters rather than gaming scenery, but still, a bit more effort would make them into something with a potential far beyond a boardgame.

**edit**
Menhir have very sensibly (imho) just capped the free stretch goals to what is currently shown. With so long still to go on the campaign there was a real danger of it running away. They are now moving to paid add ons that will hopefully increase the scope of the fortifications while being self funding.
No doubt going to upset a certain segment of KS backers but financially a wise move.

I'm in as well, looks very interesting!  I agree, at that price point I'll be happy to give them a go.

I'll most likely trade in the miniatures for extra add ons, they don't look like they'll match up well with my existing.

Thanks for the cross post to the Fantasy forum Ced, I hadn't seen this in the medieval :)  Cheers!
When fighting the thousand, you must still defeat them one at a time.
