GeKis Frostgrave Warband [update: treasure hunter]
« on: 05 September 2015, 02:41:30 PM »
Well,
here are some pics of my new raised Frostgrave warband.
I wanted to give the whole group some wotr theme but I am still
struggling to find a pleasent wizard and apprentice.

The minis are from perry and northstar.

my major demon, just love the mini.
We play him with one spell he gets randomly, from a selection of the
normal spells (since not all spells are usefull for him)

Imp and minor demon

Infantrymen

and my bowmen

hope you like them

cheers

Nicely painted minis. I really like the different colours of the demons showing the diversity in demonkind. The crisp looking soldiers contrast well with the demons. thanks for sharing

Very nicely painted, together they make a stunning warband. And I love the big red demon!

Thanks so far.
If anyone has a good idea about a decent Wizard and apprentice mini then I would love to hear some
ideas. :)

I will paint the following demons in these three colors
red = major demon
blue = minor demon
green = imp demon

I think if they all look different in shape then different colors will drive me mad.
Makes things easyer for the opponent too.

cheers

I like the style of these fellows! The Major Demon's paint job is fantastic, too.

As for a wizard, perhaps a late medieval priest or monk?

Well for this reason I include a succubus in my warband  :)
They wouldn`t even run away if the major demon eats one or two of them.

The second minor demon:

(sorry for the bad lightning)
