After some lacklastre (in my opinion) stretch goals, now they are on the way for the fifth sin: envy.

Nicely sculpted models and it looks like a fairly reasonable price to get in on the ground floor.  As I look at them though they did a good job of producing, "scary monsters" but for the most part have failed to produce identities for them that convey the cardinal sins they are supposed to represent.

I was thinking that too. Lust really doesn't look like an avatar of such. However, these are a single group of people collaborating on it, so what they come up with is likely very different than what I would for each of the sin avatars.

The first Kickstarter I have backed. Figures look superb.

And that "Apocalypse box" add-on looks very tasty.

But can I afford joining this KS?

The paintwork on those resin master figures is amazing, really disturbing miniatures.

BUT.... as is said elsewhere the concepts and sculpts, whilst great, do not really manifest the core idea of the named sin. I think there are figures that "fit" the subject better amongst the Kingdom Death range.

The impression I get is that they are not actually meant to be manifesting the sin but that they are strange eldritch creatures and there happened to be 7 of them so they were named after the sins, each sin being associated with the Avatar it most closely matched.  I could be way off base with that though, especially given the contents of the Apocalypse box -
