Chinese warband
« on: 15 September 2015, 09:31:10 PM »
Hi,
I'm a newbie in Frostgrave (not yet played).

As I frequently play pulp games, I wanted miniatures with both possibilities.
So I decided to make a Chinese warband.

I started of course with the Wizard (Reaper) and his apprentice (Bushido). Probably Illusionists.
There is also a thief (Assassin miniatures) and the Apothecary that all of your recognize (Lead adventure mini).

Then, I made 10 Qin soldiers. These are very cool miniatures from Renegade miniatures (but my painting don't give them honor). Five are shown here

Now I'm working on the tracker (and his baboon ?) and a chinese "barbarian".
Please leave your comments or ideas  :D

Great idea!

Have you seen Black Hat Miniature's 'Tales of the Dragon Kings' range -  http://www.blackhat.co.uk/online_shop/index.php?cPath=121_147&osCsid=bfe7nqo5p5nihpcilr8vrumgt6

Lots of possibilities there.

These are very nice indeed. The guy vaulting over the lion-dog is particularly good. Bigger pics!

I love the 'Wacky Races' aspect of Frostgrave where wizards from various different cultures come together to struggle for gold and hidden wisdom!

Digging it. Very unique.

If he's not there (I don't think he is) I stock all the Black Hat women in my Believable Female Miniatures, but if there's any others you'd like, let me know and I can add them to my next order, and bring along (I'll be in hall one, next to Gripping Beast)
