And also, in the interests of fairness, he may have a chemical addiction to cater for.

Love your battlefield - on a side note when you going to finish the Boer one?

I am touched by the concern for my physical health and mental acuity!  :D

NB: I shall be applying the superglue in a well ventilated area and while wearing a respirator ;)

Regarding the Boer War table: it won't be finished as it was. I decided that the central railway was too limiting and instead will be modding it into an arid board that works for Old West and Sicily as well as for Africa. Terrain storage is also potentially an issue so thus the need for 'sensible' compromise.

Anyhoo, back to the project in hand. I've built up a few layers of walls, which gives a better idea of how the 'booths' will fit into the inn and provide for playable space. There'll be a fireplace to the right as viewed (the hearth is in) but the rest of the flooring will be wooden to match the resin casts. Outside there's a small yard that will have a lean-to stable.  I've decided the roof will be thatched, to provide the in-game opportunity to burn it. One more layer of wall and then I'll add a few windows.

Minis (foot & mounted) finished in 2025 = 74
(2024 = 38; 2023 = 151; 2022 = 204; 2021 = 123; 2020 = ???)

Thanks Colin  :)

I expect that your blue foam will handle better while travelling - I doubt these will handle being thrown about. Anyways, will have a better idea as they get closer to completion. ;)

Hax to be said though: respect to you (and James) for cutting up those bricks!!!

I've just lost a morning's productivity after finding this thread. I only meant to take a quick break. Lovely work, I can't believe you are making an inn brick by brick!

Thank you TomCat  :D.  To be fair though, this will be ground floor only and Jimbibbly, GamerMac and I think Blackwolf all have multi-storey 'brick by brick' projects.  ;)
