Painted upon the recommendation of a good friend who is a fan of the mummy profile- and because I was in need of an additional Nemisis. Really love the heroquest models, I feel GW lost the "art" of the monocast.

The best kinda complement from the greatest guy around!

Edit/Update- Just played a game with the Mummy: he is a pretty effective sub commander/ model with simple and thematic rules- I suggest having one in a collection; he was allowing some pretty good flexibility without being too overpowered.

Well... I've got like 3 more models to paint before I am done- and I am not too excited about them.

The next objective will be painting the terrain- but I thought I would throw this back into the faces of this forum. I'm trying to judge what will get me the most mileage-

The terrain set I am using is woods, a set of gravestones and a garden of morr. I also have a little old farmhouse too. The graveyard will be a pretty good post when I get it going.

I was kinda hoping for some thoughts. I am really looking for a "King in Yellow" miniature that is passable (not the Rafm model...)

I 'really' love the entire "King In Yellow" plot point and it will be the focus of one of the final games at our con this year.

But, IMHO, the character/figure itself could vary wildly :o   I am entirely unfamiliar with the background where Uncle Mike got this from (or if he *really is* just that ill...), so I had no idea what era this "play" was set in, so who can say what "The King In Yellow" looks like other than I assume he is wearing yellow as well as a crown of some sort...   :D

I took mine from an old horror clix figure with minimal wash/paint.  Not bad for a $1 figure and a quick wash/paint and rebase.  I grew to like it more and more as it took shape from the batch of clix I got.

GG's King In Yellow

As for terrain...  I would jump on the graveyard or farmhouse.  Both will yield many good options for fights/investigations.

I've been using generic hobby shop terrain until now, but in a month or two I intend to have some Fuc%ing sick stuff to show. I'm big on mini presentation and intend to bring a "new" kind of product to this web-page.

A big part of this was to make a transportable game mat and rig for photographs.

Some Previews of what I intend to produce from past gaming.

You swine!  YOU have my ogres!  lol!  I have been looking for those guys for years at a good price.  I won't be stupid.  I got the first one just a few weeks back off an ebay.  They have been out of production so long they are hard to find and twice as much at a good price.  Nice stuff!

Well, if you want to do the king right, you really need a stage.  I have been lazy, but do plan one before our convention...

With two Byankhee and the Ghouls- it's one of the few elder things I feel would really bind together a theme in my collection.

I've got some uncanny swag brother- my biggest problem being I only play bi-weekly.

And for your viewing pleasure- a screaming like of worms.

Now that's a clever idea!
