solo Frostgrave- anyone having a go?
« on: 13 November 2015, 08:45:10 PM »
I am building up a couple of bands for solo play as well as against opponents. Anyone tried Frostgrave solo and how has it gone?

Not yet, although I'm building up a pool of wandering monsters (and the cultists will help towards this when they arrive), so should hopefully work something out soon. I'm just going to use the wandering monsters activations as an opponent and play them with a bit of common sense, but other than that I don't have any more elaborate rules worked out. I know some people are working on more sophisticated ideas though!

I've not tried it yet but I've toyed with the idea of a yet to be decided number of creatures arriving each turn from a random board edge. You might have more look if you ask for this to be moved to the Frostgrave child board  :)
