Just moved to Guelph from Toronto.

Long time forum lurker. Finally joined because the Frostgrave community here seems overly active vs. the rest of the Internet.

In addition to Frostgrave, I'm also big into the Studio Tomahawk games (Saga, Muskets & Tomahawks, & Jugula), Dead Man's Hand, Cutlass!, Bolt Action, Judge Dredd and I may eventually start Hail Caesar, Pike & Shotte, and/or Black Powder. Also I like painting/collecting some GW armies (fantasy: combined Chaos + Nurgle, and Orcs & Goblins; 40k: Orks), but haven't played in a very long time.

Also, I know the Dragon (and possibly The Boardroom when that opens) is the place to go for gaming, but at the moment I'm group-less unless I travel back to Toronto or when I'm in NYC for work.

I'm pretty new here myself, but there's some very helpful people on here and some really inspirational work being posted.

We're pretty close to each other actually, I'm in Central Hamilton, so not far. We're organizing a monthly meet-up soon, I will be posting about it soon, so keep an eye out if you're interested.

How do you like the Judge Dredd game? I'm asking a lot of people about that and I'm trying to generate some interest here for a campaign. Though looks like it'll be Saga, Frostgrave or maybe Mordheim. I'm pushing for a leaderboard campaign for 40K in 40 Minutes, but we'll see, or some Oldhammer Fantasy.

Dredd is fun. But I think it definitely requires a group of people who are really into 2000AD. It's a bit on the absurd side as far as the actual universe goes. But, I grew up on 2000AD comics, and a few friends did as well, and love that kind of stuff.
