This report form the Essen Spiel is in German, but the pictures are worth a look. Not bad considering they're taken under the usual rubbish show lighting conditions :)

This pic of the goddess Athena is from the T1 test batch of production models. The final thing will be exactly like this unless we can do better (which the factory assures us we can!). For reference, she's about 65mm tall.

Never mind, 20.00 Amsterdam Time tonight  :).
Hope they will drop the white plastic ( details are less sharp when compared to the grey plastic and weapons etc. are much more prone to bending when being cast ) and limit the amount of digisculpts ( or at least rework the initial prints ) since it's lacking detail compared to handsculpted ones.
But nevertheless, I'm all-in already  :D.

Kick off is at 8pm CET tonight.

The models will all be made in a mid-grey plastic. The pale grey/white in Conan doesn't work as well in reality as had been hoped.

The models are a mixture of traditional and digital sculpts. I really don't think that sculptors of this quality are finding the digital process any sort of limitation these days. Have a look at the centaurs if you want to see something digital with a lot of life, detail, and soft, organic forms :)

See you tonight!

Dug out one of the Centaurs and took a few pics. This is one of the T1 test shots, and I believe is in the final colour: a mid-grey.

He's based on a rather nice concept I unfortunately don't have to hand, which is why he's carrying a burning brand. Note that he's supposed to be leaning into the turn.

Excellent! Especially the humansized miniatures will greatly benefit from that. Thanks for the head-up and we'll be ready at 8 ( 3 people  ;) ).

I also backed it. I just fell in love, and had to paint the teaser spartan from the Conan KS

Nemean Lion, Arachne looking superb, both the designs and the final sculpts. Can't wait for the next stretch goals...
