FIW Civilians
« on: January 23, 2016, 04:06:15 PM »
Here are some Redoubt miniatures FIW civilians I painted as part of a commission.

The sculpts are a bit hit and miss to be honest. Some of the heads are comically big and some of the poses look a bit weird. Also, the gun stock on one of the models was slightly miscast. Nevertheless, I think they have a certain charm and they do paint up nicely.

You can find some more pictures on my blog:

Fine painting.
I agree about Redoubt figures,
sometimes hit and miss.
That being said, I do have a number of them and like them.

Agree about Redoubt castings but those are very well painted.

Very nice work on those, I wish they had images of this quality on their website.

I love the composition of these redoubt figures but the sculpting and casting do let them down a bit.
