I needed some memorable baddies for my D&D game. Pound store and gift shop toys to the rescue!

Pardon my poor photography, but you get the idea. More details and pictures on my blog:

There's quite a difference between "before" and "after", I wouldn't have said you can get such good results from plastic toys.

Very nice skeletal dino/rider. A suggestion - maybe slightly readjust te angle of the rider so he points the lance downwards.
I like my games like my orange juice: pulpy with no added sugar or artificial sweeteners

Yeah, he wound up leaning too far back for my liking; it's basically to do with the shape of the critter's back making it hard for him to 'sit' anywhere else. If I do it again, I'll build some kind of a saddle to give him a more natural sitting position. At present, I can't just tilt the lance down because his leg gets in the way.

I like the ogre-like creature, the difference between before and after is striking! He kind of reminds me of the "God" from the old Conan movie.

He does a bit, doesn't he? It's the horn, I guess.

If I still played Warhammer, I'd ugly him up a bit and make him some kind of Nurgle critter; the three-headed mace and some of the other symbols on the model seem to me to lend themselves to a Nurgle look.

Great work.  i have that one eyed, horned deamon thing painted up as a bronze statue.  It will appear in games of Frostgrave.  IIRC the same company did a couple of other monsters, have you worked your magic on any of them?

The one eyed thing reminds me of the demon in Conan the destroyer.
