Black Army Miniatures does this fellow with two puppet choices.

I always have meant to get this mini. I believe the puppeteer has a revolver behind his back. I have also always wondered if he was going to shoot the puppet (I'm a hand puppet you joik! - bad movie long ago  )

Brookhurst Hobbies is having a closeout sail on some of the early Malifaux metal figures.  I picked up a pack of the Wyrd Marionettes (WYR4040)... really nice figures.  I don't know how available they are but you might want to look on eBay and see if they are being sold and if you like them.

Tinfoil knight, a suggestion: pick up the GHK0001 - Child Vampires from West Wind, glue very small metal keys on their backs and sent against your players as "evil vampire puppet toys" (and remember the heroes that inside each mechanical puppet somehow beats an actual children's heart...)
