Just dropped in to see what condition my condition was in
« on: 04 January 2009, 02:00:03 AM »
Hello to all out there in LAF land. I found your forum quite by accident and while I am not - strictly speaking - a gamer, I have a love of hobbying - painting figs., modeling terrain, etc. I mostly build semi-scale architectural models, and use a combination of materials - of which Hirst Arts blocks seem to be in the majority. The figures are to populate my little worlds. I currently don't have any pics of my stuff as it's all in boxes while I get the "man cave" built. My project room should be completed fairly soon so I'll be able to get back to work on some of my stuff.
Live in the US but don't hate me - I'm one of the nice guys - sometimes lol
If pro is the opposite of con, what is the opposite of progress ?

Well hello fellow Simian!

There are a few of us on here that are just painters rather than gamers. Even if some of us (or just me) are embaressingly bad at it! :'(

Anyhoo, we are all welcome here (even me) and hope we can see some of your wonders soon!  :D

Nice to be allowed to hang here once in a while. Once I finish the Man Cave will be able to begin on a project that's been on the drawing board for about 1 1/2 yrs. Its sorta large (about 33x36 inches) and thats just the beginning, but will post pics as progress starts to show. Thanks again all for the welcome
