Pebble dash or adobe?  The church  could usually afford plasterers,  generally being the wealthiest institution in any community. If not left in dressed stone most churches would be plastered smooth. No doubt there are examples with roughly plastered walls. 

That said it, it's coming along nicely.

Shitty hot weather stopped play for a time but it's done now, ink mishap aside  ;D

I did see a couple of photos on my 'travels' (internet) of rough plaster work and in hindsight I should've done a few exposed stone patches  ::)

Ah well, the roof is well and truly stuck on so no chance of that now  lol
