Does anyone know how to get in contact with Redoubt?

I have tried the email they list on their webpage. But so far there has not been any response.

Redoubt is a pretty small operation; maybe call the number if there's no response to email?

I'm pretty sure I've called in the past and they were helpful. I do like the Redoubt figures though I'm aware not everyone does.

I sent them an email.after an order took a bit too long. No answer but the package arrived a couple days later, early enough that it was already sent quite some time before.

I am just trying to get to pay for an order. As I must have screwed something up whilst ordering as the payment was set to be by cheque. And I really want to pay by paypal in stead. But so far no reaction to emails.

I am a little hesitant to call as calling from Denmark to England is a bit pricy.

I'm in the same boat.  I grabbed an order at Salute, when I got home and inspected the day's goodies found that one of the packs was wrong.  Emailed them to try and change the wrong pack - no answer.  Don't really want to call them from Canada.

I am still trying to get in contact with Redoubt. And still no life signs. My order has now been paid on may 20th. But still no communication. And still no package.

Has anyone else ordered from them recently? Or does anyone know if they are having some difficulties?

I talked to them for the first time last year at Salute. They were very helpful and friendly in person. I have a hankering for a lot of their stuff (not ordered yet) so I am watching this thread with interest. I have tried to phone about 4 times but only get the answer machine, and I hate answer machines so never left a message. I am sure that bugs the hell out of them (sorry Redoubt!)

A friend of mine had issues with Redoubt before Salute - however I am delighted to report they all got sorted with a positive result for both parties.

He tried to reach them several times before he was successful - I guess perseverance is the order of the day. They will respond I am sure..

They are never the easiest to get hold of and often don't reply to Emails. I am waiting on a current order and have been for a couple of weeks, but they have always turned up in the end.

That's a relief because they haven't cashed the cheque for my last order sent to them on 31st MAy

I was getting slightly worry, they have always delivered in the past not always quickly.

Very good news. They really do some fine stuff, and I have been planning a decent-sized FIW order to the US but was getting nervous based on the chatter.
