I got a reply to my latest email! With a promise that my order is on the way. So they are still alive.

Now to see how long the way is...

And yet still nothing. I think by now I will give them to the end of the month and then open a claim with PayPal to get my money back and resign to the fact that my Mycenean project will be made with foundry alone.

My recent order arrived in a little over their normal 28 days.

People shouldn't be put off ordering from Redoubt, I'm sure like a lot of family run businesses they have busy periods where orders take a little longer, but that shouldn't mean we stop supporting them.  Trevor has always responded to my email and phone enquiries and I've always found him very helpful.

Without these independent traders our choice in miniatures is going to become limited.

My Redoubt order arrived today. Well worth the wait. Trevor sent me an email a few days ago telling me it was ready to send- I think he had to cast a few items because it was a large order.
