Gen. and Mary Pettygree Shocked On Train
« on: 09 June 2016, 01:24:00 PM »
Gentlemen,
***
I'm afraid news is desperate and very grave. On September 9, 1904, I received a telegraph from the train station at Ramaujam about which I will elaborate.
***
As you may recall, Mary and General Pettygree were en-route aboard a train from Bombay to Delhi. At the customary stop at Ramaujam to replenish the locomotive's water supply, a wretchedly shocking incident occurred. I apologize but you need to be told.

The story advances --- as you know by now --- by briefly captioned photos in consideration of the busy lives we all have.

If you please, be seated and see:

I'll order brandy for everyone at the bar. You will need it as I

Respectfully remain,
Very sincerely yours,
Bill P.

The conductor and Mr. Winslogic tell General Pettygree shocking news below.

Well, now, Bill, just how many variants do you have of the Pettygrees, man and wife?  Must be quite a few now.

Something is afoot we've not yet an inkling of, I suspect.

You fellows (chaps) are very kind to write!
I appreciate it very much.

Fifteens Away, I have many variants of Mary and General Pettygree. It makes telling stories so much easier photographically. Three were added in the past two weeks. It is harder finding females in close to period garments not in some kind of adventure pose and fantastic clothing.

Is the general, the chap to the left? I had him as that odious little hun, what is it?, 'Hinkler'?

Here's hoping the General awakes to find out t'was but a bad dream. If not send that young bounder Flashman to the rescue... then again, having Flash Harry sniffing round Lady Pettygree, might be a fate worse than the gang of Thuggees!

Hammers,
No not Hinkler. IIRC he is a Foundry WWI fellow from an interrogation set.
A friend in the UK sold him to me.

Thank you Harry.
I again take the Sgt. Schultz defense.

Very Respectfully,
Bill

Pettygree, Pettygree is there no place I can go to be free of him? He should've bought it in the Sudan a long time ago! Drat my poor dice rolling!

My Dear Cyrus,
I remember that game as if it was yesterday.
What happened was "written" as the saying goes.
Thankfully!,
