The scale comparison and the painting are spot-on! Great pictures too!

And here comes the first of our own infantry! I stuck with the old color scheme for these, I just can't let that baby blue and maroon go it seems.










I am quite happy about how the basing came out, but its quite a lot of effort, especially because I prefer painting them off their base. Ill need to find a better method for that if I'm to paint the 200 or so figures I still have to go!

Thanks! I think from the start it was a given I would go with drab tanks, and overly bright uniforms.

I'm working on a couple of specialists stands now, heavy weapons, mortars and armed field nurses. When I have a bit more painted I'll make sure to include some standard 12mm dice in there for scale.

I am "blessed" with some pretty severe nearsightedness. But hey, the glasses saved my eyes more than once from clumsy mistakes, and I'm the only man I know who can get the tip of his onw nose in focus.

The APC and light tanks are now up for sale at microworld games, and that brings with it the best part of this kind of project, seeing my designs painted by friends and strangers!
