Fantastic! Love the glossy red on the helmets most of all, works very well with the gold. The crackle on the tray has come up a treat too.

The Vertically Challenged Ones of Evil Disposition are BEAUTIFUL...OUTSTANDING brushwork & basing combined with some SPLENDID bases do their thing. VERY WELL DONE!

Those are just splendid - and the crackle paint works a treat. I'd never even heard of it.

Thank you for the comments.
I quite like the crackle paint although it is taking a little practice to work out how thick I should paint it on.
As promised a unit of "Half-breeds". I quite liked doing these as they have lots of fiddly small details on them.

I'm working long shifts at the moment so it might be a little while before I start any more.

Very nice colours - the red is splendid - and nice metals too, not to mention the usual fantastic bases  8) 8) 8)

Thanks Vanvlak.
Next up some "Lesser" golems from Mantic. Not the best sculpts but I quite enjoyed painting these.

These will be fielded as a "Greater War Beast" unit which will make them hard hitting and able to soak up some punishment.

Hope you like them.

Great stuff! I especially like the middle one - the glowing eyes work very well indeed.

Thanks gents. Here's my completed Russian Alternative Harquebusiers. I had them originally in metal but replaced them with the resin versions. I will probably use the metal ones for conversions etc.

I've put them in a similar movement tray to the Immortals using crackle paint for the surface and putting lava details in each slot so it looks better when you remove casualties.

They were a pain to rank up but I think they look ok.
