I find the ruin kits a bit thin for stone walls.

Probably referring to the older ruins set? (Ruins of Middle-earth I think it was called, with the standing and fallen down statue.) The Osgiliath Ruins is much better in various ways.

Anyway, for those interested, the Lake-town houses are back in stock (for) now:

I am sorely tempted.

Seems being tempted is a luxury difficult to afford these days - sold out again! Well, I guess they'll try and restock it as soon as possible, given the popularity.

Yeah, I'm getting tired of the pseudo-limited time offerings GW has. Either sell them or don't sell them, plenty of other manufacturers to throw my money at ( and Jove knows I have the past few months ) but stop wasting my time announcing something and let it go out of stock the very same day/week...

This isn't a limited product at all, it's just a product with extremely high demand.

I almost ordered, but then I remembered how much stuff I have in the queue. I'll probably pick up a set after Christmas some time. The Osgiliath ruins have continued to be available after that first rush of people ordering, so I'm counting on these coming back a few more times at least.

Given the clear demand and with this being a plastic kit, I'm sure it will be available until the license runs out - which won't be for a good few years. Would be interesting to know how many they sold so far, it certainly proved more popular than they expected.

You are right. I just got a set today for my boys Frostgrave (Fallgrave) board. Quite sturdy and quite a bit nicer than Renderas. Well worth the money, I feel.

Well, that was bloody good service! I ordered it yesterday morning and it's just arrived by courier (it was free postage as well as it was over £40). Under 30 hours from order to arriving at my home!   :)

Out of stock here in Canada.

What a stupid company.
