Many thanks for the additional info on your bikes and Matrix figures, Dinohunterpoa. You are right, Hot Wheels and Matchbox can be good sources for vehicles. And of course, pound stores or dollar stores are always worth looking in for useful and cheap bargains.

I may inspire you (and others) with my blog, but I gain inspiration from comments like yours.  :)

I'm on roll at the moment with my Judge Dredd project and I can't see that ending any time soon. I have so much more I want to show you. Believe me, there is some great stuff yet to come.  8)

And raiding and looting hunting expeditions are really FUN! :D

So everything is a circle within circles, right?!  ;)

Looking forward to see it! But take your time, everything must find and follow its own pace...  8)

And for further inspiration... this is the Max Steel Hot Wheels bike:

Oh! My! God! That bike is a beauty!  :-*
I've just done a Google search for it and found that Amazon have it for sale for about £5. Order placed already!  :D

And whilst there I saw these as well.

I can use them both and seeing as zombies can ride vehicles I can easily convert the skeleton into a zombie.  lol

OMG, i didn't know that first one, AWESOME!!!  :o

I have the skeleton rider; it's on a bigger size (about 1:43 scale) but looks VERY GOOD on that bike, and perfect acceptable for MC1, IMHO!

What about those Heroclix Ghost Rider minis? You can have a whole gang of skeleton/zombie riders!

I have 6 of them and have used them as "skeleton riders" (duh!) in the classic WFB Terror of the Lichemaster Game with good results! They often rise from the grave and ride to terrorize add some color to my Enchanted Woods/Dreamlands village as well!  And of course I think they would be very nice as a biker gang for JDMG!  ;)

EDIT: That girl is Horrorclix Vampire Hunter Vallerie Elle; I don't have her (yet!), but she looks very interesting to me!  :-*

Mighty impressive, Dinohunterpoa!  :D

I have a couple of those Heroclix Ghost rider figures but I never realised there were so many variants. You are spot on - they would make a great biker gang in JDMG.

The Horrorclix figure of Elle the Vampire Hunter is incredibly hard to find but a superb figure. Indeed, I'd say she's one of the best bikers I've ever seen. :-*

I got lucky and she cropped up in a booster box I bought.  8) Yeah, I know, lucky, lucky, lucky!

According to Amazon UK the bikes I showed you are 1/64th scale (about 7cm in length). They should fit in well with my other bikes.

Usually Hot Wheels are said to be 1/64 scale, but the reality is that their scale is "whatever fits it the blister" (a term said to me once by a local Mattel representative  lol), so that the cars are usually 1/64, but the motorbikes are bigger - in a way they are generally practically perfect for 28-32mm figures! The HW line of bikes with rider figures are closer to 1:43 (like WW Roadkill range), but fits nice for gaming purposes; even the bigger bikes look good in a sci-fi/post apoc setting!

I have some vintage Matchbox motorbikes from the 70s that are much closer to true 1:64 scale, so almost useless for human-sized 28-32mm figures... but serviceable for smaller aliens and goblins!  :D

And now you've just fanned my life long quest for Elle the Vampire Hunter Bike Chick!  ;D

And talking about vampires... In the local folklore of the island where I currently hide live in the southern coast of Brazil (and in other parts of the coast as well), the Baiacota or Baiacu Sereia is a mangrove swamp creature that in full moon nights assumes the form of a beautiful young woman in order to go to parties in the fishing villages and attract its prey to suck their blood; the survivors turn into flesh-eating zombies in a matter of hours! It was featured in the very trash (but praised in several international movie festivals) Mar Negro/Black Sea (2015) film:

A local company is producing a hard plastic limited edition 32mm miniature of the creature; as soon as I am able to grab it I will send it to you for your vampire miniatures collection!

What you said about the Hot Wheels/Matchbox vehicles kind of makes sense. Still, from the look of those bikes in your photo, they do look like a perfect fit for 28mm scale figures. That's a result in my book!  :D
By the way, that's an impressive collection you have there.  :-*

The Baiacu Sereia is one scary looking mama!  :o I like the background for her and I could certainly find a use for her in a game. Judge Dredd definitely and perhaps even Shadows of Brimstone. Thank you so much for offering to get one for me. That is so kind and thoughtful of you.  :)

I have all those bikes and they are perfect for 28-32mm IMHO, but the picture was someone's else! :D

Me pleasure, mate! I thought a passionate vampire miniatures collector like you could do well with some kind of local flavor!  ;)

And talking about the Baiacota (as it is called here where we live):

A local farmstead and flour mill abandoned in early 19th Century when most of the family and workers were supposedly killed by the creature (or its undead minions in some stories); today the building is part of the Historical Heritage:

The waterfall nearby where the creature is supposed to live in an underwater cave (connected to the sea by a long labyrinthic system of tunnels):

Modern versions of that vampire:

Now we're talking!  :-* :-* :-* :-* :-*

Mind you, the waterfall is just as beautiful albeit in a different way. If money was no object, I'd love to visit there and see the house as well. This is all fascinating stuff, my friend!  :)

Vampifan, I am pretty sure you guys there in the Old World across the Atlantic have much more vampires than we have here!

But ours are prettier!  8)

Anyway, you're always welcome to show up whenever you are in the neighborhood! The island's folklore is full of tales of weird creatures and witches... LOTS of witches! ;)

Thanks to my Saturday mornings toy store raiding expeditions safaris! :D

I also have lots of cheap Heroclix figures to convert as bikers... anytime soon! (as a fellow LAFer used to say: so little time, so many projects! :)

EDIT> Heck, I also have the WW Biker Gang and all the Em-4/Copplestone bikers to go as on foot models, but never took the proper time to convert/paint them!  :?
So much vampires and trails to explore, as I used to say!  :D

So little time, so many projects This must be the lament of so many gamers. I certainly include myself in that category. Sigh!  :(

The West Wind biker is a great set, and is full of potential for conversions. I liked it so much that I bought a second set. However, whilst I have made and painted the first set, the second set is still on my "to do" list! I do have the EM4/Copplestone bikers and they're all painted, so yay me!  :D

So much vampires and trails to explore! I hear you, bro!  ;)

Vampifan, I am pretty sure you guys there in the Old World across the Atlantic have much more vampires than we have here!

Europe is teeming with assorted vampires but I must admit, yours are prettier!  :-*

And... keeping totally hijacking your thread, Vampifan... what about Predators for JDMG? I've looked in the Mongoose forum but could not find any material with them... and I've got no results with my Google Fu either...

Do the BLOOD ON THE STREET supplement have any scenario/stats/rules for these lovely creatures?
