The Rogue Trader project - February game
« on: 14 January 2017, 01:01:13 PM »
Rogue Trader turns thirty this year and I thought it would be worth doing something as a tribute! The plan is that each month I'll play a scenario from the massive Plot Generator. During the month, I'll be building and painting stuff for that scenario. Well, the first figure is here: Titus N. Thomas, expedition security.

You can read more about Mr Thomas here: http://preacherbyday.blogspot.com/2017/01/rt-project-expedition-security.html
Or follow the project here: http://preacherbyday.blogspot.com.au/search/label/Rogue%20Trader%20project
Any guesses for the scenario he's for?

Of the many re-discoveries of Rouge Trader I've seen, misspelled lovingly, this ranks as one of the truest. Yes, a tribute.

My friend that was known as Warboss back to the RT days will HAVE to see this!

Love how "expedition security" carries around sticks of dynamite. :-)

Some critters take more than a shotgun shell to put down! The archaeologists try not to let him get too near the diggings!

Great looking figure!  I must keep following this and see where it goes.  The anni is a great theme to build a project around.  Has it really been that long :( ?

Yes, thirty years. We're all getting old! And I'm also quite looking forward to a diverse range of scenarios to paint for and to game.

Awesome idea, great mini. I have kicked around rolling on the 'ole Rogue Trader generator myself ;)

Very cool.

Although he needs a cigar to light the dynamite!

The other figures on the blog look good too. I remember having that servitor scribe, but sold it years ago..... silly boy.

Yes, a cigar would complete him very nicely!

I love that servitor figure, and the Inquistion range that he's from is one of my favourites.
