Thanks.

Empress use a metal filled resin which loves superglue, and once again I did not get the pieces aligned quite right, hence the Milliput/greenstuff either side of the glacis (I always say I am going to use epoxy for chassis - hull assembly, but forget when I start...). Very little conversion required, it is one of their SCW 20mm versions. I have just replace a few bits  I have lost/misplaced and added stowage. Still more to go, a bucket on the rear tow, some soft stowage etc. I have a Bolt Action Blitzkrieg helmet pegged for the turret.

As an experiment I am going to use Citadel grey spray for the body, just to see how it goes.

Love all the added details on the tanks like stowage etc. Really adds character. I like the Warlord tanks I’ve bought and never tried out Rubicon. But I know they have a fan base. I could never go back to the Airfix and Tamiya kits of my yoof. How many hours!

Thanks.

Rubicon are very responsive to feedback, the ongoing design process of their T26 being a good example.

So the Panzer IB is now "finished" (under flash I have noted that there are some "grey" spots on the wheels and chassis - they will need painting).

This vehicle is for Operation Sea Lion, hence it is the 20mm Breda armed version modified during the Spanish Civil War.

The crew have loaded up with fuel cans and crates of ammunition. They have also stolen a fire bucket.

William Killian faces down the panzer.

The only changes were the hand rails.

So the T34/76 is "finished".

The tank was undercoated with Citadel Chaos Black followed by Humbrol Dark Green spray. The track and wheel treads were painted with a mix of Vallejo Black Grey and Hull Red. A mix containing more Hull Red was used on the ice cleats and the spare track links.

Citadel Athonian Camoshade was used on the body and turret, and Citadel Agrax Earthshade on the wheels and tracks. Unfortunately the shade dried with a mixed gloss and matt finish, so I used some Humbrol acrylic matt varnish (49) to get a common matt finish.

I am going to build the hexagonal turret from the T34/85 kit and use the remaining bits to assemble a burnt out turret with interior.

Some infantry support and their transport.

A Rubicon Studebaker (the alternative load bed from the Katyusha kit) and a Bad Squiddo female Soviet soldier.

It still needs decals and final weathering.
