To be honest, the Home Sevice helmets were the only reason I was considering buying this set when it was first previewed! The aforementioned Last Jacobite rising was mooted in my head as the reason...

Agreed!

I wonder if there's any chance they will do some metals to supplement the Home Service in plastic?  Would love to see them do three packs each of Guards, Highlander's, Rifles, etc...

There will certainly be Zulu War metals to complement the figures in foreign service helmet - the twins confirmed it on their Facebook page. They haven't said anything about the Home Service uniform variants though.
