Great article, ideal for those building forces and skirmish SOP teams, a question repeatedly asked on Spectre forum particularly. They should make it a sticky :)

Thanks everyone!

Not sure I'm allowed to be the pinned post in two modern wargaming facebook groups :v

Two little things:
1. The survey is actually going to finish a lot sooner than planned due to some limitations with the free surveys. Which is fine, 100 point's of view is more than I need/

2. I did a quick response to some comments about having too much Spectre stuff on the blog. Its a long ass post but you can find it on the ChargeBlog page.

I find it really hard to understand how someone can complain something about reading great insights, info and pictures on a blog about a true game system (great rules and great miniatures)... unless the complains came from a "rival" game company and its "pet internet bots"! lol

I've put the word "rival" between "" because, IMHO, SPECTRE has no true rivals in its field!   :D

So Charge, please keep doing that GREAT job of yours!  ;)

Survey done  :D

Yes Sir, you’re doing a great job!

And I agree with Dinohunterpoa... while there are some good ultramodern games availabe out there, I think right now S:O is the “state of the art”...

They just need to do bigger restocks!  lol lol It’s really difficult to buy those lovely vehicles!  lol

Survey done (though it seems not appear as a link on your blog, I had to cut and paste - is that to cut down on spam entries?).

If Spectre Operations is what is inspiring you, then that is what you should write about. I am interested in hearing about it.

Now back to force building...

The force building post is very useful. I look forward to seeing more on this subject.

I also read the starting list post. That is also useful, especially if you are new to Spectre and do not know anyone who plays it.

The SO starter sets are not designed for newcomers to SO, they are a cheaper way of getting two starter forces and the rules. A forces list and an introductory scenario for the forces supplied would make life a lot easier. Oh and the initiative token is a waste of plastic, a "miss" template would be so much more useful.

Sorry, off topic.

Maybe they can send you the starter forces and you can supply the force lists and scenarios?

Quite enjoyed the latest post about Force Building, I've found myself coming to see weekly what you've been upto. It's great stuff, and I wouldn't worry too much about people saying you're doing too much Spectre. Also survey done.

Hey now, I have a really nice coaster at work now :v

Thanks for the comments guys. By the sound of it, Spectre has a lot of stuff planned for the next year in regards to more rules related content so keep an eye on that. Although the idea of writing a scenario for recent releases is something I've been thinking about

Hey guys it's Friday! This week we've got a new battle report using Spectre Operations. Remember the Geordiestan Ambassador that went missing? Well looks like we're about to catch up with him.

As always, it's on the blog at http://hntdaab.co.uk/blog/2017/12/08/battle-report-brush-law-spectre-operations/

A great report! Fun to see you use more and more toys.

Just something I noticed I think you linked to the wrong report in the introduction, rather than the kidnapping of the ambassador it links to the attack on Big Dave.
