Nicely done but the cockpit looks a little shallow.
Em dezembro de '81
Botou os ingleses na roda
3 a 0 no Liverpool
Ficou marcado na história
E no Rio não tem outro igual
Só o Flamengo é campeão mundial

Bugger!  you're right - the painted bottom edge of the canopy is 2mm too high.  At this point I'm going to live with it rather than risk upsetting the fragile wire rigging

Marco,  I use plastic brush bristles from a small whisk broom - flexible but have nice spring tension.

Brilliant!!
thank you!

To commemorate the 75th anniversary of the battle of Midway this month of June,  I want to jump right into another project. This time the Douglas SBD Dauntless.  In June of '42 attacks by 4 squadrons of Dauntless were responsible for sinking 4 Japanese carriers, which arguably turned the tide of the Pacific Naval War.  As always, this will be a 1/56 scale wooden scratchbuild.  I'll post photos when I have some progress - really looking forward to drilling all those holes in the dive brakes!

I look forward to this one, the dive brakes will certainly be a challenge - are you going to do them in wood or will you use another material?
