One question regarding the blunder table... what happens with rolls of 1 and 5 if the unit is not a missile armed troop?

An excellent write up and a stunning looking game. I like your tweaking of the basic stats to reflect subtle differences between the different troops. It shows just how versatile LR is.

The inclusion of Blunder/Benefits is one of the things I like about The Pikeman's Lament.

Don't open a door with your foot while carrying a box of heavy cavalry, it might swing back at you

After careful repair there's only two figures that need major surgery. However I can recommend Perry plastics as having a high bounce capability!
