Great job on the figures and esp the bases.
One question I was unaware the Soviets had used any captured Skdfz 251's until 1944?

Brilliant! :-*

Two questions though.....what's the tm foil for on some of the vehicles and why are the machine gun crews on what looks like sand-covered jewellery boxes?

I have no idea, the one your looking at was turned into an ambulance. The picture includes two other vehicles with swastika`s on and im not allowed to show that finished photo.

Cheers for the info though.

Air recognition swastika flags on the 251/10 & staff car , the one with three on is an ambulance and they are red cross flags.I cant show swastika`s on this site).

The MMG`s don't sit high enough in windows and bomb creaters ,those are magnetic packers to lift them in these positions

That's an amazing output.

And of all the things I love about this project, the fact that you're doing lots of dead and surrendering figures is the no. 1.

Absolutely amazing, it would be a real pleasure to game on that table! Have you thought of painting one of the T-34s as a vehicle right off of the assembly line? A number of T34s were driven out of the factory right into combat, sometimes crewed by workers and the female drivers who usually shuttled the tanks around the complex. Here's an idea of how that could look:

Thanks yes lots of ideas still to do including the female tank commander, ive been kind of at capacity with what ive done so far in the time ive done it so nothing could be squeezed in beyond what you see, which is exactly what was planned for completion of the first phase.

You should get yourself some of the Eureka factory militia while you are at it. Made for the job.
